Star Wars: Legion

As a Star Wars fan, the collection at home has grown over the years, so it was only a matter of time before I picked up a tabletop game set in that universe. The choice was easy: classic Luke vs. Vader, Stormtroopers vs. Rebels. The original trilogy is where my heart is.

This project gave me a chance to experiment with terrain in a way I hadn’t before. Trees, bunkers, landing pads, crashed ships, and more. Building and painting the scenery became just as enjoyable as the miniatures themselves.

The miniatures were painted using the classic basecoat, wash and layer technique, the same approach I use for Warhammer miniatures. Reliable, satisfying, and it does the job beautifully on these iconic characters.
