Aristeia!

A quick and affordable way into the Infinity universe, and a genuinely fun 1v1 game where no two rosters ever feel the same. The flexibility of putting together different combinations of heroes each time is what drew me in, and it delivers on that promise.

The painting was deliberately kept fast and simple. The goal was playable miniatures on the table, not a showcase piece. Sometimes that is exactly the right approach.

The pillars in the centre of the arena are 3D printed and painted with a quick drybrush. Simple technique, but it really pulls the whole setup together and gives the board that proper arena feel.

As for arguments at the table, there were none whatsoever.
